We had a fantastic experience with Grasslands, LCC. We met with Tom, the landscape architect, and he took our vision and put it into a design that resulted in our beautiful patio and yard. My wife and I work in Washington, and Tom was willing to meet on weekends and in the evening to accommodate our schedules. We contacted Grasslands because we had a water drainage issue in our backyard, and wanted to add a patio while we were addressing the water problem.  Grasslands was great in the planning stage, and worked hard to maximize our design within our budget.  When they started to work, we all soon discovered that our drainage "problem" was actually a serious disaster waiting to happen, to the extent that our existing foundation drain tile was improperly installed when the home was built. 

My home was sitting on an accumulating reservoir!  Grassland brought in expert engineers, and they worked tirelessly to solve my problem.  The result?  A fabulous patio, the best landscaping I've ever seen, they completely solved my property drainage, and somehow managed to do it all with virtually no increase to the project cost.  Grasslands didn't meet my expectations, they blew right past my expectations at every turn, and delivered a backyard paradise beyond my wildest dreams. Thanks!
